Returns and complaints
Within 10 days of receiving your order, you can return unused, originally packaged and unworn items. If it is a warranty case, please contact our customer service. The following steps are necessary for a return:
1. register return
Log in to your customer profile, go to „Orders“ and select „Register returns“ for the order in question. Or click comfortably, in the order confirmation e-mail the button „Register return“ to get there directly.
Follow the steps of the online form to the end.
2. pack articles
Place the originally packed item(s) securely in a shipping box. Enclose the printed returns note that you received via e-mail after your returns registration (after step 1) in the package.3. send the return package
Send the package with the parcel service provider of your choice. Keep the shipping receipt until we have received your return and confirmed this to you via e-mail.4. processing of your return
We will process your return as quickly as possible.
Depending on the workload of our team, this may take
a few days. We will keep you updated via e-mail!
IMPORTANT NOTES
The product must be returned in the undamaged
original packaging, unused, unworn, complete and in
flawless condition.
Hygiene or health articles ( eg. underwear) may only be returned unworn and with an unbroken seal.
The shipping costs for the return are to be covered by the customer - we will not accept unstamped parcels.
The product packaging may not be used or labelled as shipping packaging!
