When/how will I receive my invoice?
Once you have paid for your order and it leaves our warehouse, you will receive your invoice as a digital PDF file by email. Please keep this document carefully so that you can refer to it in case of any complaints.
How do I get a refund for a return?
If you are not satisfied with our products, you have the option to return them 14 days after receipt. If the return is legitimate, the money will be refunded to your original payment method. For more information about returns, please see our Returns Guide.

Why were not all ordered items delivered?
Even we can make mistakes. We are sorry if your order does not arrive in full. Please check first if your shipment arrived in several packages and one of them is still on the way. If an item is missing from a package, please contact our customer service directly. We will find a solution!
